Returns of products no longer listed in the catalog will not be accepted. <\/li><li>Returns of special offers or promotional items will not be accepted unless the entire order is returned exactly as it was at the time of purchase.<\/li><li>Under no circumstances will returns be accepted for products or materials that were invoiced or shipped at no cost, with a 100% discount, or free of charge.<\/li><li>The material must be shipped securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.<\/li><li>Returns of items that are not in perfect condition will not be accepted: items that have been opened, tampered with, or used, or that have damaged or altered original packaging.<\/li><\/ul><h3><span id=\"procedura-di-reso-di-un-prodotto-ziacom\"><strong>Ziacom Product Return Procedure<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p>To return a Ziacom product:<\/p><ul><li>Please contact Ziacom ITS Srl Customer Service and specify the item you wish to return, along with the product details and lot number for each item.<\/li><li>Next, you must ship the materials to our facilities or request that Ziacom ITS Srl pick them up; Ziacom ITS Srl will charge the customer for the corresponding shipping costs.<\/li><li>Returned items must be accompanied by a return form completed by the customer.<\/li><li>The return and refund will be processed after the items arrive at Ziacom ITS Srl\u2019s facilities and once the quality control department has verified that the product meets all the requirements for a return.<\/li><li>Refunds for returned items will be issued via the same payment method used when placing the order.<\/li><li>Returns received at Ziacom ITS Srl facilities before the 20th of the month will be processed and refunded on the invoice for the current month. Returns received after the 20th will be refunded on the invoice for the following month. <\/li><\/ul><h3><span id=\"importante\">IMPORTANT<\/span><\/h3><ul><li>Ziacom ITS Srl shall not be liable for any damages, losses, delays, or failure to ship materials caused by shipping carriers, third parties, or causes beyond the control of Ziacom ITS Srl.<\/li><li>Any damage, loss, or delay involving the shipped materials that may occur shall not constitute grounds for increasing Ziacom ITS Srl\u2019s obligations. However, Ziacom ITS Srl will take appropriate measures to resolve any resulting damage, loss, or delay in a prompt and fair manner with customers, provided that this is possible. <\/li><li>All shipments of materials are at the customer\u2019s own risk.
