A digital printing system designed by Dr. Luis Cuadrado in collaboration with Ziacom.
Di2GitalArch serves as a fixed reference framework that facilitates the import and overlay of digital files obtained via an intraoral scanner in various clinical situations involving the same patient.
Digital Arch 1.0 Fixation Screws + ZiaCam Digital Arch 1.0 Scanbody
The Di²gital Arch 1.0 fixing screw serves as a reference for aligning the virtual models from intraoral scans of the same patient, thereby recreating the clinical condition prior to dental treatment. The ZiaCam Digital Arch 1.0 scan body ensures the alignment of the various digital files for digital printing.
Torx connection: makes it easy to insert and remove once the treatment is complete.
2-mm-diameter self-tapping body for easy placement and greater stability
The length of its active portion is 10.50 and 12.50 mm
Self-drilling tip for easy insertion
Its optimized dimensions make it easier to capture during intraoral scanning procedures.
Made of PEEK
Digital Arch 2.0 Micro-System + ZiaCam Digital Arch 2.0 Scanbody
The Di²gital Arch 2.0 micro-implant system allows you to maintain the same reference structure by aligning, within the CAD software, the various virtual models captured during the various stages of treatment. Furthermore, it recreates the conditions prior to surgical or prosthetic intervention and facilitates the creation of temporary or permanent prostheses.
The modified hexagonal connection allows the scanning body to be precisely positioned in the same location each time
Short length and small diameters: allow for placement in a variety of clinical settings.
Made of Zitium titanium (Grade 4 titanium) with a Titansure surface treatment.
Alignment Area: Enables alignment between different virtual models in CAD software
Optimized dimensions: facilitates image acquisition during intraoral scanning procedures
Made of PEEK and ELI Grade 5 titanium (medical grade) Ti 6Al 4V
Machined base for the modified hexagonal connection: allows the same position to be precisely replicated in the connection
